Welcome to ZingHome Ha Giang services. When using the services provided by ZingHome, you agree to comply with the terms and policies below.
2. TERMS OF BOOKING TOURS & HOMESTAY
2.1. Booking conditions
Customers need to provide accurate information when booking tours or booking rooms at ZingHome.
The booking will only be confirmed after the customer pays part or all of the costs as prescribed.
2.2. Payment methods
ZingHome accepts payment via bank transfer, e-wallet or cash. Full payment before departure date or check-in date as notified by ZingHome Ha Giang.
2.3. Booking Confirmation
After completing the payment, ZingHome will send a confirmation via email or text message. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us for support.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
3.1. Tour cancellation policy
Cancel 7 days in advance: 100% refund of the payment.
Cancel 3 – 6 days before departure date: 50% refund.
Cancel less than 3 days or do not participate: No refund.
3.2. Homestay cancellation policy
Cancel 5 days in advance: 100% refund.
Cancel 2 – 4 days: 50% refund.
Cancel less than 2 days or do not check in: No refund.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate personal information when booking the service. Comply with the rules of the tour and homestay rooms. Secure personal property, the organizer is not responsible for personal loss.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION
Ensure to provide services as committed. Support customers throughout the service usage process. Be responsible in case the tour/homestay is canceled due to our fault.
6. INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
We are committed to protecting the personal information of customers. Do not share customer information with third parties without consent.
